  Worst service ive ever had at national EVER. Im a very good client with them and never got treated that way. Ive asked what I thought was very polity if they could back date the car bar an hours or two to make a full day instead of a day and two hours. Its a general manager from montreal that explains me the process once and told me that it was possible to do so about 4h. They started explaing why it was impossible more then 30 min due to potential camera radar, which I understands the argument but the. Even 30 min would break the principal. Anyway, I didnt make a big deal of it, I told them it was fine and I was gonna call costumer service afterall. I ask them there name,in fully refused, and identify himself even the general manager of the branch. So then I pull on my phone and took a picture of one of the employees. And this is where all started, the female employees when eratic screaming with also the other employees, they start threating me, the female employee literally run across the counter to try to assault me. If it wasnt about the general manager that got in front of it would’ve been way worst then just her grabbing my backpack. The employees end up, calling the police, and everything was settled out. They learned the laws that we can take pictures of who we want in public space in Canada, absolutely nothing illegal. This was also very frustrating because ive never seen someone do erratic. I would be more then welcome to speak with the general manager of the branch if there is any further questions but, im very oppen to clarify this situation. All that being said, it you rent 200 days plsus a year of national , for more then 4 year in a row. They don’t care, they shout at you, laugh and are extremely disrespectful, you might even get assaulted by a short temper marrocain woman who try to tell you the laws of your OWN country . Fantastic, imma leave a picture for bonus. Also Still dont have my contract close by the even after reaching costumer services. Lets see what kind of charge they will put on there …

  Never any complaints they always do the best job of any rental car service. Thoroughly appreciated the car having actual snow tires and AWD on it in Quebec in the winter.

  Car was clean and had really good winter tires on it. Pleasant checking in experience. Will do business with National again. 👍🏼

  Car was fine but I was quoted $294 Canadian but was charged &294 American. Never again. Got a survey and notified them of the problem and they said they would contact me by email. Crickets. Never again
