  Car was fine but I was quoted $294 Canadian but was charged &294 American. Never again. Got a survey and notified them of the problem and they said they would contact me by email. Crickets. Never again

  Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert! Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Auto in einem sehr guten Zustand. Einzig der Preis war etwas hoch, wir haben über Booking gebucht bei Alamo, sie haben aber den gleichen Schalter und das gleiche Personal.

  , ils m ont fait payé 3 fois plus cher le prix communiqué au kiosque ( 188$ au lieux de 63 $) , le gas au kiosque m a confirmé que je dois payé 63 dollars plus 400 dollars de caution pour être surpris par la suite qu'' ils m ont rembourser 463 $ et m ont facturé 188$ comme nouveau montant

  Habitué des loueurs en Europe, c'est le jour et la nuit. Super expérience avec Alamo (National car). Véhicule neuf, personnel aimable. Pas de stress avec les pocs ou les petites rayures malencontreuses, si ça dépasse pas la taille d'une balle de golf c'est ok. Bref idéal pour passer des vacances l'esprit tranquille. Je recommande vivement.

  I booked a rental through alamo through expedia. When renting the car i opted for damage waiver as I always do whenever i rent with National, Alamo or Enterprise for the worry free experience of not having to file any claims or make phone calls in case of damage. When returning the car i told the folks at the desk i got a front scrape from a tight parking lot but i had full damage waiver and so wasnt worried and carried on to the flight. A few hours later i received my receipt showing me the amout i was charged for 6 days of Damage Waiver. I was overall very happy with the rental and the service. However four days later i received a "First Contact" email from damage recovery unit noting that the branch had reported damage on my vehicle and giving me a claim number to file a claim with my insurance or credit card to cover the damage. I have since wasted over an hour of my time emailing back to the damage recovery unit and trying to contact Alamo Customer Service. Why does Alamo sell damage waiver if even after paying neary 300 dollars for damange waiver for 6 days a person still has to deal with the inconvenience of having to call customer service and send emails back to damage recovery unit to show that i had clearly paid for damage waiver. Extremely dissatisfied
