Nous avions même pris soin d’appeler à l’avance pour aviser de notre arrivée imminente. Malgré cela, l’homme chargé de fermer le magasin nous a barré la porte pour nous empêcher d’entrer et nous a parlé de manière extrêmement irrespectueuse. Son attitude agressive et condescendante est totalement inacceptable et démontre un profond manque de professionnalisme envers la clientèle.
