  I recently took my car in for a synthetic oil change and to put on my winter tires, I was sure to mention to the gentleman at the counter if they can check the fluids because a few of them were nearing the minimum line, if not already there. He assured me that it is part of the package when receiving an oil change. I left the car for the entire day, and when picking up the car, I asked if they were able to check all the fluids and the counter attendant assured me that they did and made sure to top off my windshield washer fluid. I thanked them while making my payment. I returned home, happy to have serviced my car at a "trustworthy" garage. I was recently refilling my windshield washer fluid, about 2 weeks after getting my car serviced at Gordons' and I noticed that a few of the fluid reservoirs that I had asked to have checked (and filled if needed) were below the minimum line. I didn't realize that I had to inspect the car right after stepping out of Gordons' to ensure that they did what they were paid for. I am very disappointed in the dishonesty and carelessness of the service team there. Already, as a woman bringing my car into any garage, I feel weary that they will try to fool me. But I would assume that if one sees a reservoir near empty, they would drain and refill, or simply just refill. Needless to say, I am very unimpressed and would not recommend Gordons'.

  Took the car for a last minute tire and oil change before a road trip. They took good care of us and the car !
