  Service à la clientèle exécrable. J'avais une réservation et l’auto n’était pas disponible lorsque je me suis présenté. Toutes les voitures étaient prises. On m’a dit que ce ne n’était pas leur problème.

  Excellent service. Bonne remise d'auto. Service pour la carte des fous ne fonctionne pas . Tout le reste Excellent. On lâche pas le bon service. Merci encore.

  Where do I even begin? A group of us had arrived into Montreal initially with the plan to use Uber for the duration of our trip. We quickly realized how much more we would save if we just rented a vehicle. Thus the vehicle rental hunt began. We started an online booking with a different location. Upon arrival, even though the online booking went through and stated that they were ready for us, they were not. They did not have an available vehicle despite what it said online. The clerk there had no interest in helping us, AT ALL, directing us to call to customer service instead. After multiple calls and with no resolution from that location AND customer service, we decided to call around to the other locations in an attempt to find an available vehicle ourselves. Which we thought they could have done for us. Luckily for us, we called this location and a savior picked up the phone. Enter our main character, Dossi! He was absolutely spectacular to deal with. He showed initiative and desire to help us and our situation. He told us to go to him and that he'll take care of us to the best of his ability, and damn this man came through. He got us set up in an amazing timely fashion and got us a vehicle! Dossi's an exemplary example of 5 star customer service. His attitude and helpful behavior took our experience with Enterprise from the depths of hell all the way to a glorious redemption driving into the sunset. With Dossi, our trip became that much more enjoyable and fun. Thank you Dossi! We appreciate you for who you are and who you choose to be! Highly recommend this gentleman for your car rental needs!!!
