  They scammed my friend. The car was broken and they asked her to pay the repair saying she would be refunded and they now refuse to pay for the repair. LIARS, SCAMMERS, BAD BUISNESS, DON’T RECOMMEND!!!

  I do not recommend. Employees are fraud. I had a flat tire with one of their car, I called asking the employee what to do and he clearly stated that I could fix it myself and that they will give me a full refund. Before the drop off I got in touch with someone who stated being the manager. He refused to refund me stating that none of is employees recalled telling me such things and that I had no proof but their voicemail state that every call is recorded. He then asked me to come in the store with my own recording to sort it out. The said manager eventually tried to bribe me into keeping the car for two more days for free if I forgot about that charge, I refused so he changed the time that I was supposed to drop of the car and said that he would also keep my security deposit. I also had multiple calls with customer service afterward but not a single feed back.

  The Enterprise Car Rental at the Park Ave location was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to help me out when I really needed it, and they truly went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and ready on time, which made a huge difference for me. I really appreciate how helpful and accommodating they were—this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for a rental car you can trust.

  Hey I took the car almost 3 to 5 times .Nachat charaf behaviour was very calm and the service was to much good , faithful company..

  Bonjour, Cette visite m'a réconcilié avec la compagnie. Et je dois mettre en avant le savoir vivre et l'amabilité de Frank-Arnold R. Ekoka qui a fait tout son possible pour accommoder ma location qui partait mal: le véhicule que je devais avoir était accidenté léger et il ne pouvait me le louer. Alors un grand merci, ca fait plaisir de recevoir un service de qualité! Bonne location!
