Je réserve un petite voiture 4 passager, on me donne un 7 passagers. Ce qui coûte beaucoup plus cher en essence. Une deuxième fois, je réserve une 4 roues motrices, en mentionnant que c'est important vue la destination et après avoir longuement attendu, encore une fois on me remet une 7 passager.
