I had a great experience renting from Enterprise! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The car was clean, beautiful, and full of gas when I picked it up — everything was perfect. My trip went smoothly, and I really enjoyed driving it. I returned the car at night and dropped off the keys in the morning. The staff later contacted me to confirm that everything was good since the contractor was closed. Excellent service all around — highly recommend!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this Enterprise location.
I reserved a car through head office, and even called this branch a week in advance to confirm my reservation. When I arrived on the day of pickup, not only did they not have the car I reserved—they had no cars available at all. I was told my reservation had been entered incorrectly into their system. When I asked how they would make it right, the staff shrugged and suggested I start calling other Enterprise branches myself. Their only solution for getting to another location was, “You can take an Uber.”
They made no effort to help, didn’t call other branches, and didn’t even try to involve head office to resolve the issue. The attitude at the desk was dismissive, and the responsibility was simply pushed back onto me—the customer—after their own error.
This experience exposed how dysfunctional their system is. Head office has no visibility into local inventory, and reservations apparently don’t mean anything unless you call to double-confirm.
I will never trust Enterprise Rent-A-Car again after this experience. Truly unacceptable service.
