    Reservation Not Honoured and Unacceptable Treatment We reserved an 8-seater van several weeks in advance and were told it would be kept for us an extra two days when our car repair was postponed. I called a few times to confirm we were taking it and were told everything was in order. On Thursday, I arrived expecting to pick up the vehicle. Instead, I was told it had been given away. The director, spoke to me dismissively, accused me of “pushing off” the rental despite prior confirmation, and failed to communicate clearly after making calls to locate another vehicle. When I asked for an update, he claimed he had already told me nothing was available, which was not true. This experience was distressing and unacceptable. We drove all the way there for nothing, left empty-handed and scarred from the experience. Words can't describe how bad the customer service was and how horrible they made us feel.

    Rented a car and was told a price by staff for just over 200. Got my car, dirty SUV with a dent next to the sunroof rusted. Water leaking inside, coke bottles under the seat and a shock banging. Staff refuse to clean cars properly. I took pics of the car. Seats rotten with dirt, carpets dirty, no floor mats, and a chipped windshield. Rented from enterprise 219 times. Due to the last 2 locations being sloppy with arrogant lying staff, ill never rent enterprise again. Today I contested the charge with my credit card company after reviewing video which clearly shows the new staff member telling me 208 for the week. Was charged 480 Disgusting con artists at this location. Staff also need to learn to brush their teeth. The stench of bad breath was overwhelming.

    I had a great experience at the Enterprise office located at 1005 Rue Guy Centre-Ville, Montreal. I reserved a compact SUV from Orlando Fl in the US for my trip to Mount Tremblant in Quebec. After reading the description of the car on the Costco website, I chose a compact SUV. I thought it would fit my family of four with 3 pieces of luggage, as indicated on the website. When I went to pick up the car, Oumar helped me with the reservation check-in process. I asked him how much it would cost to make some changes to the reservation, and he really tried to accommodate my needs and give me the best benefit for the money. Oumar was very polite and friendly, very informative, and professional. After all the proper registration, I got the car, but it was too small; the space for the luggage could only fit 2 carry-ons at best. The information on the website was a bit misleading regarding the luggage space and capacity; it said it would fit 3 suitcases and 5 people. I explained to Oumar and Jao that the car was too small and it would not work. We were traveling to Tremblant, and I was going to have to put two suitcases on my kids' laps to fit. They understood the situation and how I couldn't possibly take the trip in that car. After Jao gave me a short explanation of the different sizes of SUVs, he exchanged my car for a bigger, more comfortable one than the one I thought I was going to get, and at no extra cost. He gave us a VW Tiguan,  which made my wife very happy, since we own a VW Atlas at home, and it felt like driving our own car. My family was very happy, and we had a great trip. Oumar and Jao turned what could have been a very negative and frustrating situation that would have delayed our trip into a very positive one that made me feel like they really cared about my experience and provided my family with the best customer service possible. Next year I will be back in Montreal for the same trip, and not only will I rent from Enterprise, but I will also make sure I go back to this location just because of the service I got from Oumar and Jao. These days, good service is hard to find, but these guys really made a difference and represent your company exceptionally well. Thank you, Oumar and Jao, for a great experience.

    Deuxième passage dans cette succursale, et je commence sérieusement à croire que j’aime souffrir. Je récupère un véhicule début octobre 2025 : pas de klaxon. Oui, vous avez bien lu — pas de klaxon. Apparemment, ici, la sécurité est un concept abstrait, pas une exigence. J’appelle le service client, j’explique calmement que j’ai un déplacement professionnel le lendemain. On me promet un rappel. Toujours rien même 5 mois plus tard !! J’imagine qu’ils attendent que je klaxonne pour de vrai… ah non, c’est vrai, ça ne marche pas. Le lendemain matin, je me pointe sur place, parce qu’à un moment, il faut bien faire le boulot à leur place. Une employée courtoise tente de limiter les dégâts. J’explique que je suis en retard — encore une fois. Tout semble enfin réglé… jusqu’à la barrière de sortie où, surprise du jour : la plaque d’immatriculation n’a même pas été enregistrée. Retour au point de départ, version sketch administratif. Je demande un autre véhicule, on me dit “on va saisir la plaque”. Génial, j’ai justement tout mon temps ! Je propose aussi qu’on saisisse un peu de professionnalisme pendant qu’on y est. Et là, apothéose : le directeur débarque de nul part et ne prends même pas la peine de comprendre la situation. Torse bombé, veine au front, attitude de shérif de centre commercial. Il me hurle dessus comme si j’avais volé la voiture. Deux employés tentent de le calmer, mais Monsieur décide de briller en ayant une attitude menaçante et en gesticulant devant moi : “J’annule votre contrat ! Faites la plainte que vous voulez, je m’en fous. Et si vous ne partez pas, j’appelle la police.” Eh bien figurez-vous que c’est moi qui ai fini au poste de police 21 de Montréal — pour déposer plainte. Service client ? Zéro (j’attends toujours et ce depuis 5 mois) Ils ont bloqué mon compte donc je ne peux plus réserver chez d’autres succursales Respect ? Zéro. Égo surdimensionné ? Illimité. Merci pour cette leçon de médiocrité en direct. Une expérience de manque de respect et de menaces envers une femme !
