J’ai récupéré une voiture à la Rue Guy, dans un garage très peu éclairé, et j’ai remarqué juste après être sortie un grand scratch sur la porte arrière. J’ai pris des photos avec la date et l’heure prouvant que le dommage existait déjà, mais au moment de la restitution, le gérant, très arrogant, a insisté pour dire que c’était moi qui avais causé le dégât et a refusé de montrer les caméras. Je n’ai eu aucune responsabilité et je considère leur service malhonnête, avec un processus de vérification totalement défaillant.
