  J’ai loué une voiture chez Enterprise et tout s’est très bien déroulé. À la prise du véhicule, j’ai été servi par Jad, qui a été très professionnel et a su donner des explications claires et précises. Lors du retour, Imane a été parfaite : rapide, efficace et très professionnelle. Une excellente expérience du début à la fin. Je recommencerai sans hésiter et je reviendrai louer ici lors de mon prochain séjour.

  December 29, very busy period of the year. Very pleasant experience. Opened in time, friendly and professional staff, clean cars, a lot of options. I will definitely return, also I recommend it!

  The staff at this location are absolutely great - super nice, caring, and friendly. I had a reservation on Sunday at 12pm and had to wait about an hour and a half because they were waiting for returns (which were late so not their fault at all) but the staff was so nice and apologetic nonetheless. They suggested another car so I could leave if I was in a hurry but unfortunately was not a car large enough for what I needed. While waiting, the staff offered us water and juice as well as their personal chairs since there were a couple of us waiting. I ended up getting a 2025 Nissan Kicks (compact SUV, which is exactly what I reserved) which was clean, had absolutely no damage, and the tank was completely full. I was nervous about renting with Enterprise because my last experience with another location (Boul. Taschereau, Brossard) was absolutely horrendous and left me without a car one day before I was taking a trip 800km away for an event I couldn’t miss. So glad this location has given me a perfect experience and I will definitely be returning there anytime I need to rent a car. Just disappointed I forgot to get the staff’s names because I’d really love to thank them!

  I was having issues with my credit card due to being out of Province. The two gentleman working were understanding and stayed open an hour after they should have closed, to ensure we got it all sorted and were super sweet about it. Thank you for taking the stress away on our trip!
