    Horrible experience every time. Ive rented twice from here. First time, they didnt have the minivan i booked, gave me an suv without a license place. Second time, again no minivan. I agree to take a panel van for 2 days, then exchange for minivan or suv. Arrive back to exchange, no vehicles at all, asked to return at 11. Return at 11, no vehicles. Clearly they have no respect for reservations and no desire to help the customer. Avis is just down the road, go there instead.

    I’ve been renting cars with them for years, but this time was unbelievable. Made a same-day reservation that was confirmed, showed up, and they said no car was available. The receptionist was rude on top of it. What a service.
