  Service incompétent. J'ai réservé en ligne, réservation confirmée et arrivé au comptoir : nous n'avons plus de véhicules (dans ce cas pourquoi leur système a confirmé la location?) et nous n'avons pu vous appeler car vous avez un numéro etranger (et mon email non plus il ne fonctionne pas ?). A éviter

  Service toujours impeccable. Les employés sont affables. Les prix sont compétitifs. Pour des raisons d'affaires, j'ai dû faire un voyage "aller-simple" et laisser la voiture ailleurs qu'à la succursale initiale (Montréal --> Québec) et cela s'est très bien fait. Malheureusement, et je ne sais pas pourquoi, j'ai tenté de réserver pour un autre aller-simple (Québec --> Montréal) et l'application ne me le permettait plus. J'ai dû me tourner vers une autre compagnie. Mais sinon, je suis toujours très satisfait du service.

  I recently rented a car from Enterprise using their "You Click, We Pick" option, and I had a fantastic experience with sam. His service was top-notch, and they provided me with a beautiful, well-maintained car that exceeded my expectations. The process was smooth and hassle-free, and sam was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Enterprise for anyone looking for reliable and quality car rental!

  Réservation effectué le 8 Janvier 2026 pour prendre la voiture le 31 Janvier 2026 et ils m'appellent le 30 Janvier au soir pour annuler ma réservation le lendemain. ATTENTION SI VOUS ETES PRÉVOYANT avec eux ca ne sert a rien INACCEPTABLE

  Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I recently rented a car from this Enterprise location (January 8–11), and I have to say the service was absolutely world-class. In the middle of my trip in the States, I unfortunately had a flat tire. Most rental experiences get stressful at that point, but Enterprise made it seamless. They coordinated with a local branch immediately, replaced my car without any hassle, and the local team was incredibly helpful. The pickup process was also impressive—it only took a few minutes to get on the road, and I was very happy with the car I received. While the price could be more competitive, the superior service more than justifies the cost. I will definitely be renting from Enterprise again because of this experience. I want to give special recognition to the staff: Sam and Arslo (I hope I’m spelling that right!) were both fantastic and very helpful throughout. The manager, Patrick, deserves a massive shout-out. Even though he was away on vacation during my pickup, he personally called me the day after I returned the car to make sure everything was okay. That level of care and follow-up is truly rare and made me feel like a valued customer. If you want a car rental company that actually has your back when things go wrong, this is the place!"
