I thought I was renting at the Montreal Airport location, however it was for the downtown location at 1200 Stanley St, Montreal QC. The Airport location did not have my reservation, but after a little investigation they figured out the issue. They told me the best way to get there (taxi) and wrote the address. They were helpful. It's a $50 Canadian taxi ride from the airport. The downtown location was very friendly and helpful. I asked about changing the return location to the airport and the rep, Marco, said it might increase the $ amount . He checked and it did not and changed it. He was super friendly and very helpful. Just be sure the location you are picking up from to avoid unnecessary surprises. The rental was thru Expedia.

Well.. where do I start.
Billy at the front made it seem as though I was disturbing his Tetris game on his phone when I arrived.
Ricky in the back office could not be bothered to help me and the young gal who came in at the same time. Said someone “taking returns” would be in shortly. But Billy was the next guy in, checked his phone three times and then tried to help us.
From there, it became a nuisance to ask questions about how to park and return the car. I was leaving early the next morning and told he was “not the person to ask” about parking.
My one way to the airport for a midsize was awarded an out of province car… a versa. My status at other rental companies would not have put me in the box I had for the 16km to YUL, but we made it in one piece. Did not fill the tank, sorry bout that Ricky, thanks for the fuel.
The Jimmy in the return area was helpful, looked at my car seat assembly like I was from another planet.
Parking attendants in the lot adjacent were more helpful than Billy and Jimmy, told me what I needed to know. Ricky, je ne sais pas.
Should head over to Chez Paree to see if they have any customer service experience, recruitment?

Thankfully management had emails setup to inform me of the new drop process at the airport. Folks on Stanley wouldn’t have known I was dropping elsewhere if the sky was falling on top of them.
Price was right, service was not. Next time uber…

Expérience très décevante.
Voiture non prête à l’heure, ce qui a déjà retardé notre départ. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel a lourdement insisté pour nous vendre des assurances complémentaires, malgré nos garanties personnelles clairement établies et présentées. Même face aux preuves de notre couverture, le discours est resté condescendant, “on ne va pas leur apprendre leur travail”.
À force d’insistance, nous avons fini par accepter une option, plus par lassitude que par conviction, simplement pour en finir.
Autre point inacceptable : le plein d’essence facturé d’office à la prise du véhicule, sans possibilité de le faire nous-mêmes. On nous a demandé de rendre le véhicule vide — absurde, puisque personne n’a envie de rouler pour gaspiller un plein à 200 $ CA sur un pick-up F-150.
Résultat : une location initialement à 130 € qui s’est transformée en facture de près de 280 €.
Une impression d’arnaque et de pratiques abusives.
Mieux vaut parfois payer un peu plus cher chez un loueur traditionnel que de vivre ce type d’expérience

Wir haben ein Auto Ende Oktober für ein Tagesausflug gebucht, alles verlief einwandfrei und das Personal vor Ort wahr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Auto wahr sauber und hat uns sicher begleitet.
Wir konnten Abend das Auto einfach im Parkhaus abstellen und den Schlüssel in die Box einwerfen.

Si je pouvais mettre 0 je le ferai. Premièrement aucune amabilité du personnel et vends de manière abusive des assurances supplémentaires en tenant un discours orienté "et si il vous arrive quelque chose...", "et si la voiture à un problème" afin de vous faire peur. Deuxièmement fait des prélèvements supplémentaires à la facture, sans motif ni sans prévenir (141€) supplémentaires sans aucune justification. Et si je n'avais pas verifié ma facture et demandé un remboursement il m'avait facturé un conducteur supplémentaire alors que c'est marqué noir sur blanc sur leur site que les conjoints n'ont pas a payer de supplément. En clair FUYEZ cette agence qui pratique des tarifs frauduleux. Je ne vais pas en rester là et ne lâcherait pas l'affaire pour recuperer mon argent.
