Offered us to pay for car insurance, which we gladly accepted, just to tell us a few days later that THE INSURANCE IS NOT VALID IN QUEBEC. How is this even legal??

Voiture louée pour 3 jours. A la restitution facturation sans justificatif de 65€ et de 24€ pour un siège enfant qui ne nous a jamais été remis. Bien évidemment aucun moyen de les joindre…. Répondeur téléphonique et personne ne rappelle et pas d’adresse mail… du vol tout simplement…
Update, j’ai pris contact comme demandé via le lien proposé en réponse à mon avis GOOGLE et… aucune réponse… 😂 parfait

Reserved a premium elite SUV through Priceline (may be slightly misquoting the exact class name). Pickup was immediate with no wait, and I was handed a vehicle right away.
That said, I was given a compact SUV (Mercedes GLA 250). I later noticed I was also charged more than the Priceline booking price. I called the general customer service line and never received a callback, so I drove about 30 minutes back to the counter.
At the counter, they acknowledged the rate discrepancy and corrected it without issue. However, the agent initially insisted that the vehicle matched the class I booked. I had to go through the contract line by line to find that I had booked one class and was given a completely different one (see image).
I waited about 20 minutes for a manager. When he arrived, he acknowledged the class mismatch but said there was nothing else available. They offered a significant discount, which I accepted and do appreciate.
That said, the end result was disappointing. I booked a luxury full-size SUV and ended up with a crossover that barely fit our luggage. We had to place things in the cabin because the trunk is the size of a Hyundai Sonata’s. On top of that, the car lacked keyless entry, which is surprising on a Mercedes and something you don't expect when booking a class with the term "Premium Elite". The vehicle also reeked of smoke for the entire trip, and we were unable to eliminate the odor.
Having booked a Preium Elite SUV, I do not feel as if I experienced Premium, Elite, or SUV.
On the positive side, the staff were courteous, polite, and willing to hear me out. Both pickup and drop-off were fast and efficient. I would rent from this location again, but only if I had enough time built in to deal with issues like this should they arise.
