  En fait, j'ai apprécié le service qui m'a été offert. Car le plaisir de conduire sur la route était au rendez-vous.

  Franchement j’ai rarement eu à faire à des loueurs de voitures aussi gentil compréhensif et arrangeant ma première expérience de location avec eux était pas terrible je me suis exprimé avec eux de mon insatisfaction et ils m’ont tout de suite fait une belle remise et en plus il m’ont donné une remise supplémentaire pour la location suivante et aujourd’hui lorsque j’ai relouer un véhicule le directeur de succursale a était plus que gentil avec moi j’avais réservé pour un véhicule même si j’en voulais un autre et ils m’ont tout de suite arrangé et en plus lorsque j’ai ramené le véhicule ils m’ont même offert de me ramener chez moi. Je recommande

  Je me suis fait référé à Enterprise par ma compagnie d'assurance. J'ai pris un rendez-vous à 10h samedi matin pour un véhicule de location. Arrivé là bas on prend mon dépôt et me demande de patienter le temps que le véhicule soit prêt. Après 30 min d'attente je demande quand je recevrai mon véhicule et on m'informe qu'on attend les retours des clients. Je suis donc en attente du retour potentiel d'un véhicule, aucun véhicule en stock à me louer. Il y avait un client à côté de moi qui en était à sa deuxième journée d'attente pour un véhicule. C'est la dernière fois que je mets les pieds là bas.

  This covers both Enterprise as a whole, and this specific location. Unfortunately, you’re only as good as your last action right? My previous experiences with this company have been great. This one, not so much. The airport location actually hooked me up with an upgraded car and paid for the fuel due to a long wait getting the car. This was cool and very appreciated. The next day, I noticed the front left tire was very low with all the warning lights telling me my suspicions were spot on. I stopped at a gas station and pumped the tire back up to the 35 psi requirement only to have it go flat at my destination. Upon calling Enterprise for help, I was offered two options after they had someone come out to install the SPARE TIRE. 1. Drive it on the spare (on icy snow covered roads) to a tire shop and see if they could replace it, or 2. go to the nearest Enterprise location and switch cars. That’s where this review for this location comes in. The girl at the front desk was rude (attitude) and stated she couldn’t find my reservation. After messing around and finding it, she stated there was nothing in my file about the tire issue that happened 7 hours before. After the manager came out, I was offered the ‘only’ car he said they had which was a KIA Soul that was dirty and needed to be cleaned before giving it to me. I went from a nice leather seat comfortable car to a sardine can with manual everything.
