As soon as my flight landed at 4:30 PM, I called them to confirm my reservation and make sure the vehicle was ready. I called eight times, but no one answered or returned my calls. When I arrived at their location at 5:20 PM, I found the doors locked—they had already closed. With no other options, I was forced to stay overnight in Montreal and try again in the morning. The following day, I started calling them again, but once again, no one answered. While waiting for my Uber to go to their location, they finally called me back—only to inform me that they had already rented out my car earlier that morning. What?! They assured me they would help find another car and call me back, but that call never came. They also claimed they closed at 5 PM, not 6 PM, even though my confirmation clearly stated 6 PM. Why would they allow a booking for 5 PM if they’re closing at that time? And how hard would it have been to notify me that they couldn’t accommodate my reservation? Apparently, even basic customer service is beyond them. Absolutely unacceptable
