  Stefan went above and beyond to take care of me at this location. Another Enterprise location had dropped my rental, and when I reached out to head office, they weren’t able to help. I then called this branch directly, and Stefan immediately stepped in. Even though they didn’t have any cars on site, he personally called around until he found one for me. That kind of dedication and initiative is outstanding. This is how customer service should be done—Stefan and his team turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. Others should take note!

  Service excellent de la part du gérant Stefan, qui a pris le temps de livrer la voiture directement chez moi. Très professionnel, courtois et accommodant. Prix clair et sans surprise, et une expérience de location simple et sans stress. Je recommande vivement pour ceux qui cherchent un service de qualité avec les voitures exotiques.

  I had a terrible experience with this rental company. I reserved a bmw x5 for a full week and tried calling multiple times to confirm if the car would be available, but nobody ever answered the phone or called me back. When I went in person the day before my reservation, they told me the car wasn’t available at all. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. They wasted my time and didn’t deliver what was promised. Avoid this place they are not reliable and cannot be trusted.

  Stay away—they are absolutely terrible. I rented a car to travel from Montreal to Quebec City on 12/26/24. As soon as my flight landed at 4:30 PM, I called them to confirm my reservation and make sure the vehicle was ready. I called eight times, but no one answered or returned my calls. When I arrived at their location at 5:20 PM, I found the doors locked—they had already closed. With no other options, I was forced to stay overnight in Montreal and try again in the morning. The following day, I started calling them again, but once again, no one answered. While waiting for my Uber to go to their location, they finally called me back—only to inform me that they had already rented out my car earlier that morning. What?! They assured me they would help find another car and call me back, but that call never came. They also claimed they closed at 5 PM, not 6 PM, even though my confirmation clearly stated 6 PM. Why would they allow a booking for 5 PM if they’re closing at that time? And how hard would it have been to notify me that they couldn’t accommodate my reservation? Apparently, even basic customer service is beyond them. Absolutely unacceptable
