- CRChantal Roy1 day ago1.0Personnel très peu courtois lorsqu'on les contactent, trouvant normal de se faire retourner à la maison avec les enfants, sans voiture de location, le matin même, malgré un contrat qui confirme ma réservation et une confirmation par message texte. Sous prétexte qu'ils "fonctionnent pas mal toute de-même vu que leurs voitures sont pour les assurances", que ça arrive et que j'aurais dû appeler la veille pour valider. Notons que la veille, ils étaient fermés. Un temps des fêtes annulé pour nous et une grande absence totale d'empathie de leur côté face à ma situation: on m'a dit de faire une plainte en ligne. Je ne suis aucunement surprise de la note 2.5.
