  I booked a car for pick up at 1pm. On arrival the car was not ready and the person taking care of the bookings was very rude. Multiple clients were either refused the car they reserved or downgraded to a lower tiers model and told to come back 3hrs later to do an exchange. After 40mins of waiting, the agent had to drive me to another location to get a car. As I was getting into the car, she started moving forward while I was half in and I had to yell to make her stop. She got lost on the way there and was on her phone not paying attention to the road while driving. I finally got a car at 2pm, 1 hr after my planned pickup time. On top of that, the car had only 3/4 of the gas tank filled. The car itself was fine up until I returned it. After I returned the car, I got an email telling me that the car i was driving had a manufacturer recall and to call entreprise to book an exchange. The recall from Volkswagon (97TC) involved a manufacturing flaw with the electrical wiring that could lead to a fire. This recall has been know since a month prior to my booking. So not only was my car not ready when it should've been, entreprise gave me a car with a known serious safety flaw and waited to notify me once I returned the car. This is completely unacceptable and honestly the worst car rental experience I have ever had the displeasure of having.

  I usually never leave comments but youve earned this 1 star review. They will try to get money out of you on the return by inventing blaming you for damage and gas levels. Take pictures when you pickup your car of the car, gas levels.
