I call them on the phone they put me on hold for 10min, then they hang up on me after 2 seconds of not responding to them. I guess they are too busy and don't have a few seconds for one of their customers.

My husband and I reserved an SUV because I have ongoing medical appointments and needed a reliable vehicle. When I showed up this morning, I was told the vehicle was not available because it didn’t have winter tires.
What makes this unacceptable:
• No one called or emailed me ahead of time (24 hours or more) to say there was a problem, meaning I had to cancel my appointments — and our whole day of plans — at the last minute.
• I asked the staff member to please understand my situation (I am disabled and rely on that vehicle to attend medical appointments) and his response was to laugh. That reaction was insensitive, unprofessional and felt ableist.
• How is it acceptable in winter in Quebec that a vehicle isn’t prepared with winter tires, or that there’s no backup ready? This shows a lack of planning and respect for customers who depend on the service.
I do not want to focus on the car only — I care about being treated with dignity and being able to rely on services I pay for. I believe compensation is appropriate (for the day lost, the inconvenience, and the stress caused by the lack of communication).
I hope management reviews their processes and the behaviour of this branch, so no other customer (especially someone with accessibility needs) has to go through this.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
As a member I rented a car a week in advance and when I went there on the reservation day to get the car I rented I was told that they don't have the car. I had important appointments and going to those appointments depended on me renting that car. That's why I had rented it one week prior. Also this clerk serving me had that attitude as if it was my fault. Folks, I'm telling you if getting the car you rented is important beware of this place like a plague, they are not trustable!
P.S. I wish I could give them 0 star. Even 1 star is too much for them!

If you’re into being scammed, and overcharged for things you didn’t do, this is the perfect car rental company for you! The staff’s mix of hostility and incompetence They’ll charge you $8,000 for damages you didn’t cause—because why investigate when laziness pays better? They’ll happily scam you and dump thousands of dollars in fake “damage” charges on you just because they can’t be bothered to do their jobs properly or look at the accident report. Stay far away.
