They took my information while explaining the costs. The car they offered had the same conveniences as my son's vehicle and after walking around the Toyota Corolla to inspect the vehicle more information was given such as extra insurance and unlimited mileage if I chose to take it. Once in the car and papers signed I noticed a light on and an employee explained it was the tire pressure and addressed the issue promptly. He drove me back to the Car Star nearby where a staff member accompanied me to my vehicle in the parking lot and I was pleased to see the quality of the repairs with a life time guarantee. All in all care an efficient experience.
