  I was discriminated by the the girl employee at this location although I was there waiting to be served she totally avoided me service to my surprise and went to serve another customer that came in to the location after me I waited 20 minutes so I asked to speak to the manager I explained the poor service that I had received and said that he will forward my complaint higher up. And was nice enough to deal with the matter at hand I further explained that this wasn’t my first experience with this racist employee so he said that if I want that he would allow me to return the vehicle to a different location so that is what I did. But to my surprise I have yet to receive a callback from head office concerning my complaint.and it’s been about 3 and a half weeks this service is inexcusable and needs to be resolved ASAP

  Worst car rental location I have ever used. - 1st I rented a dodge Durango and they gave me a mini van it said on the reservation Durango or similar ( how is a mini van similar to a Durango. 2nd the reservation was made in the winter and there was no scraper in the van 3rd the back up camera wasn’t working 4th upon return they told me they would give me a credit due to the back up camera not working and missing scraper and they never issued a credit

  We receieved excellent customer service from begining to the end. Our clerk was super knowlegeable, friendly and professional. Was available and very helpfull. She gave us options and stayed available for any questions we had. It is very rare nowadays to have such great customer service. We were very satisfied with the service received in the Ile perrot location. 👍
