L'employée, pas très proactive, n'a pas proposée de solution et nous a laissé à nous même. Pas de service, je ne recommande pas. Heureusement les bons citoyens de Havre-Saint-Pierre nous ont dépanner, merci à eux! En plus, ils nous demandent de leur envoyer un courriel explicatif de notre expérience... tout est expliqué ci-haut! En plus que ce n'est pas la premier client à qui cela arrive. Vous devriez simplement vous assurez que vos disponibilités en ligne concorde avec la réalité et nous avertir d'avance de la situation. Pas de temps à perde avec eux

Then a much smaller vehicle is offered for a higher price. As a result, an entire day of our vacation was ruined. This is the opposite of customer service.
