  Très mauvaise expérience avec cette agence. Le véhicule (Nissan Qashqai immatriculé DBBR 872) nous a été remis dans un état dangereux : les essuie-glaces étaient complètement usés et inefficaces, ce qui rend la conduite sous la pluie très risquée. C’est inacceptable pour une agence de location de ne pas vérifier des éléments aussi basiques de sécurité avant de remettre un véhicule à un client. Nous joignons une vidéo pour montrer l’état réel des essuie-glaces. Nous déconseillons fortement cette agence, surtout si vous tenez à votre sécurité.

  Rented a car while my car was at the body shop.Everything went smoothly, including pick up and return. Could not ask for more.

  Excellente compagnie je recommande a tous qui ont besoin de louer un véhicule, jai récemment louer avec eux j'aurais dû avoir une kia Rio et a mon arrivé il n'y en avait pas jai alors reçu au meme tarifs qui en passant est très abordables une volkswagen jetta 2026, j'étais en voiture pour faire mon voyage. Merci enterprise pour votre excellent service.

  I had the worst experience at this location. The assistant manager is extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. I went in to ask if I can return my rental at the Ottawa airport ( which I have done in the past) and Omar responded to me absolutely not you can’t take MY cars to Ottawa. When I asked him to explain why he replied “as of today you can’t” I asked him why is being rude and he responded I’m rude to people like you. He then completely ignored me and started serving another customer. I must say I was embarrassed by his behaviour towards me and felt completely invalid. After spending so much money on a rental. They then charged me 300$ to return to YOW which was never discussed. I paid 45$ in Nov when I retured at YOW how can it now be 300$ I received a call from head office saying that they will refund me 5 days which has not happened! Horrible service and this is a corporate account!

  I booked with this location on March 16 for an April 4 pickup — almost 3 weeks in advance — specifically to get a 6-seater SUV for a long weekend. Then 5 days before, they call me saying they can’t guarantee the car I booked. At that point I’m already stressed because it’s a long weekend and cars are hard to find. I asked what they had, and they said “maybe a van”… but even that wasn’t guaranteed. I clearly said I don’t want a minivan and I’d take ANY 6 or 7 seater SUV, just trying to make it work — and still nothing. What made it worse is the attitude. The guy got rude, talked over me, and even said they called me a week earlier (which is not true at all). When I tried to explain my frustration, he basically brushed it off , said “ we don’t have the car ‘’ and then hung up on me. Honestly, super frustrating experience. I booked early to avoid exactly this situation, and now I’m stuck scrambling last minute for a car. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Edit: To make it worse they replied to this review with a super generic Contact us page link for the entire Enterprise website… well how helpful. I am sure they have someone mass replying to the reviews.. if negative reviews: say this …. If positive review say this.. type thing but their customer service is really bad
