L'entreprise en général prenne les permis des habitants de l'Ontario (Ottawa). Plusieurs fois j'ai appelé et suis même allé sur place (Greber) ils m'ont dit ils ne le prennent pas. Jai du changé de succursale pour louer l'auto.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.
We received a rental car from Enterprise after an accident with our SUV — it was covered by our insurance. The employee told me I needed to pay a $100 deposit** and asked if I wanted to add $24 of “extra insurance” just in case. He never once mentioned that this amount would be charged daily.
To make things worse, my insurance already covers rental vehicles — something Enterprise employees are well aware of. Yet they still went ahead and charged me anyway. Two weeks later, I was shocked to find nearly $500 billed to my credit card.
We called several times and were told “Karim” would call us back — he never did. We’re a young family with three kids, and losing $500 like that is not nothing. It’s unacceptable.
I’m honestly disappointed by the ack of honesty, empathy, and integrity from this company. Shame on them.

Bad, bad, bad, customer service, the manager himself, Kareem Toure, is arrogant, rude, and does not care about customers at all. I was ridiculed over the phone for no reason when simply looking for information. And of course, if management is rude, all employees will follow.
