Téléphoné samedi matin 11am pour une location de voiture de dernière minute, tenté de contacter directement le centre de Gatineau mais j’ai été automatiquement renvoyé a un centre d’appel. La personne au centre d’appel (Luc), me propose une reservation a Gatineau meme s’ils ferment a midi et que je lui explique que je ne pourrai arrivé avant 12:10.. a la toute fin de la reservation, lorsque je lui demande de confirmer que tout sera beau a 12:10, il me répond « je sais tu moé??, ils ferme a midi! Demande a eux, pas a moi! »…. J’ai donc insisté pour refaire la reservation ailleur a Ottawa qui ferme plus tard, on me propose l’aeroport d’Ottawa, lorsque je lui demande ou aller rendu a l’aeroport, encore une fois on me repond « je sais tu moé?! », c’est a l’aeroport d’Ottawa, et on me donne l’adresse des « départ », Il fini par me racrocher la ligne au nez lorsque je lui dit qu’il est pas tres aidant. Tentative numero 2: Je rappel, tombe sur une autre employés qui me fait une reservation sur StPatrick, tout semble facile et en ordre.. Je saute dans un uber.. et en chemin je recoit un courriel qui dit que ma reservation est canceller, je les rappels directement et on m’explique que la voiture qu’on m’a réservé aux centre d’appel 5 minute plus tot n’est pas disponible, que le centre d’appel book souvant des voitures sans verifier les stocks… J’ai donc perdu 1h au telephone et un uber pour ne meme pas avoir d’auto.. Aucune idée comment ils sont encore en affaire avec un service aussi mauvais
