Reminder you get no compensation for the waste of time and no regard for your plans just straight up “dawg i was gonna call you… “ like that fixes anything. Horrible experience. This same answer of going to you website is often replied to other reviewers but theres nothing to see this is my member card reach out to me to make this right if it is your intention

After multiple holds and me walking quite a ways to this stuck car, i confirmed it was NOT awd and she still proceeded to say it was. Put me on hold one more time to come back and tell me i am correct that is ot not AWD. The customer service has been awful since after I picked up the vehicle. I didnt appreciate being spoken to like i dont know what i am talking about, i worked in the car feild for 7 years, i know a little bit about them. Extremely disappointed with the after service or getting this crappy vehicle.

Je viens d'avoir un accident de la route, mon assurance envoie la requête pour que je puisse avoir accès à une auto de location. La dame ne rappelle en me mentionnant qu'elle a reçu la demande de mon assureur et qu'elle veut me confirmer ma location, mais seulement dans 3 jours puisqu'il n'y a plus de véhicules. Je lui demande à 3 reprises de vérifier avec la succursale sur Gréber comme ils ont fait lors de locations précédentes. Elle refuse chaque fois. Résultats: pas de véhicule pour aller travailler demain et le long week-end qui arrive. 🙄 Et maintenant, j'arrive à la maison et je réserve le véhicule de mon choix, pour la même période, en trois clics. 🤦♀️
