Je mentionne que je veux louer une voiture et la personne ne fait que me répondre : « j’en ai pas ». Je demande si je suis bien chez National et il me répond que National et Entreprise c’est la même compagnie.
- PTPascal TurpinSep 3, 20231.0FUYEZ !!!!!!! Le 02 septembre 2023 à 12 heures, je suis allé prendre possession de mon véhicule à l'AGENCE NATIONAL CAR RENTAL, à l'aéroport de GASPE. Véhicule réservé sur le site EXPEDIA. A mon arrivée, tout était fermé et il y avait un petit écriteau avec 2 numéros de téléphone en cas d'absence. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois ces numéros, sans succès. J'ai patienté jusqu'à 14 heures !!!!!. Je n'ai vu personne. RESULTATS: - Pas de voiture, - 2 nuits d hotel à CARLETON/MER (150 $) pas remboursées. - Famille que je devais voir ..... Je l'ai ai vu par visio!!!!. Merci l'AGENCE NATIONAL CAR RENTAL et je ne vous dis pas à bientôt.
