  My husband and I are executive elite members and we came for a simple switch because the Audi q7 we had was defective and received bad service but Christopher made sure the situation was rectified. Amazing customer service!

  Très bon service ! Nous avions loué un RAM pour 1 semaine, et nous avons eu le véhicule demandé. Véhicule presque neuf totalisant 3000km, propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Personnel très agréable au départ et au retour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à cette agence.

  Well done National. Was a smooth process of picking up and dropping off a vehicle. Being an Emerald Club member certainly has its advantages. Nothing to fill out, just walk the row of cars, jump in a go. How simple is that! The vehicle was practically new only 4300 km on it, and the rental rates were very competitive. Thanks go out to National at Montreal Trudeau Airport, well done!

  The cars at the executive area keep on going down when a year ago they had Audis and Mercedes, now you are lucky if you get a Mazda or Volkswagen. If you want an Audi or something on that level they will charge you an extra $75 per day. There is zero loyalty to repeat customers as I am there every week for years and get treated like just another guy that is coming for the first time. Overall it’s still convenient as long as Avis and the others don’t offer the same services of just picking up your car without waiting at the desk I will continue with National.
