  Great rental experience and cars are always in great condition! Have been using National for 2 years now and will keep doing so - cars are always available and prices are much more reasonable than elsewhere.

  The opening day 7am rental at National Mr Asanor welcome me in with a respectful attitude, without any hesitation he asked if needed anything else making sure I was satisfied with the service, he even took the time to explain everything quickly about their policy and guidelines, if any issue to reach out to their emergency contact, he even highlighted, this made me safe and happy, great way to start a day with great service. Also Mr Carrel did a great job by having the vehicle ready as well , without wasting any valuable time, he even asked couple of times, are you okay with this vehicle??? Do you prefer anything else??? If you don't like it bring it back and ill give you something else, he made sure I was comfortable for what im getting as rental, explain the vehicle full details about km/gas/full loaded/ AWD and etc, this made safe as well for the safety of myself as a driver and my family. Great service and very welcoming 🙏, keep up the good work gentleman and will definitely come back again rent another vehicle and will definitely will pass this message to other passengers as well, also thank you for the young girl ( Sorry forgot to ask her name )who also welcoming me back from returning the vehicle and she also made sure if everything went well with ride, what a good day to be end with. National has good employees 👏, thank you and see you soon

  Hier, je suis allé à l'agence pour louer une voiture afin de faire découvrir la région à des amis. Je suis tombé sur une équipe très sympa, à l'écoute et souriante. Je remercie particulièrement Camel et Rohan pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Grâce à eux, j'ai pu conduire un très beau dodge ram !

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service My experience with National Car Rental was outstanding, thanks to Carrel. This was my first time in Canada for a work project, and after a very long trip up north, the level of service I received made a huge difference. Carrel provided exceptional customer service from the start. He took the time to carefully explain the area, and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. He was very polite, friendly, and patient, which I truly appreciated after such a long journey. That kind of genuine help and professionalism really stands out when you’re traveling somewhere new.
