  I recently rented an Enterprise vehicle from their location near the Dorval Quebec train station. It was a great experience both during pickup and on return. As a result of my experience I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

  Employee is professional, resourceful, respsectful. Kalil is the wonderful employee i met in Enterprise Dorval. I recommend this place to my family and all is satisfied.

  I travel very frequently, and use a lot of rental car agencies. Congratulations, i have officially found the worst one! I could simply not believe my experience…. First of all, their regular set up doesn’t work…. They have few staff and the lines are long. Once you get to the front and sign papers, you still need to wait for two hours (!) until they “get your car”… not sure where they keep them, but it’s clearly not working! Secondly, if a problem occurs (which can happen by the way), they have no process to deal with it. Heres what happened to us: we booked a convertible for a special occasion, it got confirmed, we signed all papers, we paid a premium for it… and after 2h wait, that car was no longer available!… I was asked to drive to their partner agency in Toronto to pick up a convertible (this is 4 hours drive!), and when we got there…. they indeed had around 20 convertibles, but didn’t want to give me any (“they were for other customers”)… Thirdly, they must be the only not-friendly people I met in Montreal! They don’t care about you, they are aggressive, and they give empty promises to make you go. If you deal with Khalid the manager, don’t be fooled: he comes across as genuinely nice and accommodating, but he cannot be trusted. He ended up being our worst nightmare, mislead us multiple times, gave us empty promises, and ended up ignoring us all together, as we left town.
