  L'équipe est vraiment sur un autre niveau. Très gentil, rapide à aider, et très patient. La directrice est très efficace et j'ai attendu très peu pour recevoir la voiture. Veuillez gardez en note que le dépôt est à 400$ à l'aeroport.

  Wow! I’ve rented cars all over world. This is the best service I ever had. Super polite. Car was super clean (we are winter). Drop off super fast.

  Unreliable and no customer respect. Booked a large AWD SUV for a ski trip with a party of 5 almost a year in advance. Arrived mid-evening after a long flight with a child in the party to collect it only to be told nothing available apart from a far smaller FWD minvan or an electric Corvette. Another customer already waiting had also arrived to be told the vehicle they'd reserved was not available and had been waiting 45 mins whilst they rang round other branches trying to find something seemingly unsuccessfully at that point. Counter service asst response when asked why the vehicle I'd reserved almost a year previously was unavailable of 'I don't know, I don't control the inventory' was offhand and showed no customer respect. So my advice - don't use Enterprise unless you're happy to take pot luck when you get there to collect what you've reserved with whatever they happen to have available on a 'take it or leave it' basis.

  Un temps d’attente de + de 5 heures, les employés sont incompétents, ils disent toujours les mêmes phrases « vous êtes les prochains » puis vous vous retrouvez coincé des heures. Une responsable qu’on a jamais vu. Une entreprise a absolument fuir !
