  Best customer service with rental car so far. I traveled to Montreal on work trip from Toronto and someone vandalized the rental car and stole the laptop backpacks. When I came to return the car, the location manager Genevieve and front desk person provided the best at customer service which I needed in the crucial time. Manager and Justin not only helped me understand all my rights as per rental agreement but also provided a very transparent overview of the process. I was very humbled with their kind gesture as they held me with a bag to collect my loose belongings from car. They assured me that they will put all the details as much as possible in the report so that claim settlement is fast and smooth. This was the first time I faced theft in Canada and I am really pleased with how the entire situation was handled by Enterprise. I will strongly recommend enterprise to notice and appreciate the commendable customer service provided by Justin and Manage Genevieve. Thank you

  After a short shuttle from the main terminal to the rental car terminal, Genevieve provided wonderful service at this branch. She toured the inventory with us and allowed us to choose the specific vehicle that we wanted from the lot. Service was incredibly prompt and the vehicle was super clean (>2000 km). Would recommend!

  We rented a car at the Montreal airport for a few hours. The car we received had several damages, dents and rust marks which we pointed out to the guy who helped us. He told us they were already aware but did not see the need to mark them so there should be no problem. Luckily we took pictures, because after this incident we can't trust you guys. After returning the car to another location they do not see any previous reports on their end regarding the damages and now we are told that we are liable. This cannot be fair at all. And is unacceptable. After this experience I truly have to reconsider using Enterprise again. ****************************** We have tried multiple times to connect or speak with customer service to have this escalated and no one seems to be helping. Representatives who simply tell us "that is not their problem" to others who chose to hang up the phone on us. This lack of empathy and overall service by Enterprise is truly unacceptable. This has got to be the worst customer experience I have had with any company.

  DROP OFF EVEN EASIER! Just drive in, drop and go! Guys does a walk around and send you an email. Done. It simply cannot be any easier, . . . unless they can figure a way to place me in my seat on the plane :-) PICK UP Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Dorval (Montreal, Quebec, Pierre Trudeau Airport) Always a great experience here. I like being able to pick my own vehicle—today I went with a Nissan Rogue. Check-in was quick, the staff were friendly, and there was lots of laughter and good humour at the counter. Excellent, excellent service all around.
