  Excellent service from Enterprise Rent-A-Car! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. A big thank-you to Charlie for delivering the car on time with great professionalism, and to Ezechiel for handling the return quickly and efficiently. Both were friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience stress-free. Highly recommend Enterprise for their outstanding customer service!

  Très mauvaise expérience. Une location du 31 décembre au 01 janvier ( 24 heure) m'a été facturé pour 2 jours sous prétexte qu'ils étaient fermé le 01 janvier et que le véhicule a été inspecté le 02 janvier ( alors que j'ai dû sortir en-22 pour remettre le véhicule) J'ai dû appelé à plusieurs reprises pour avoir mon remboursement. Ce qui veux dire que si j'aurai pas appelé, la facture auru pu être passé pareil. J'ai trouvé ça pas trop honnête malheureusement. J'ai toute les facture et les appels en cas où quelqu'un cherche à me contredire.

  We had a great experience with the enterprise car rental at Montreal International Airport, Canada. The reservation, pick-up and return process was smooth. Because we made the reservation early, we got a good price for the rental! The receptionists at the Montreal airport car rental place were respectful and attentive. The minivan was in perfect condition. We felt safe driving around Montreal and Quebec City even with the winter storm and Freezing rain. The car rental experience have helped made our winter vacation experience perfect and memorable! Thank you Enterprise!

  It must be a great experience to leave a positive review for a car rental place… but the folks at the desk at enterprise at YUL (Kevin and his mate - don’t remember his name) were absolutely outstanding. We were traveling with three adults, and four kids under five years old, it was freezing cold outside, and they did everything in their power to make the whole process as easy as possible for us. Kevin was even helping us pack the car to make sure we could get everything in. Seriously a great experience and I could not recommend these guys more. It’s the people that make the difference. Can’t speak for anyone else who works here, but these guys are outstanding.

  ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD I really wish I could give them a 0, because 1 star is too much. I payed for the damage coverage (total scam) and rented a car from Montreal that I was supposed to return to Toronto. They gave me a car with no spare tire and the back tire had a screw lodged in it. Which I only noticed on the way, it was deflating slowly on the way, so I kept refilling it, until it gave up on me, 100km away from Toronto, at midnight!! I called and they said there's nothing they can do for me, I have to wait until the morning. I ended up missing a night at the hotel that I paid for, missing my first day at a new job and having the job offer revoked, sleeping in the car, and when I did fix it in the morning, (I was updating the company at every step and had their permission before doing anything) they assured me that it will be refunded, and because of ths delay, I informed them that I will return the car late, again they assured me that no extra charged will be paid. They ended up charging me and extra day and not refunding the tire expenses. I have finally been able to get in touch with them for the refund of the extra day, but they still didn't refund me for the tire. They are very unprofessional, they stopped responding on Email. I have been trying to get them on the phone for a month, they keep giving me wrong numbers and telling me to call different branches. And when I spoke to customer service they said they will escalate this issue to upper management and they will address the issue and days later still nothing. They are the absolute worst company you can deal with, all they will do is lie to you and throw you around between their branches. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THEM, you will have the worst experience of your life! "When you took the car there is the flat tire before?" This one single sentence is the email they sent me when I asked them about the tire refund. After being assured many times that it is covered by the coverage I paid for, and after explaining to them time and again that even the tire shop told me that the screw was there for days, and it did not happen on my watch, yet this is the kind of unprofessional emails I had to deal with
