  I was at the 405 Michel Jasmin Ave, Dorval, Quebec H9P 1C2 location. The customer service was amazing by Mohammed. I like the convince of the pick up and drop off. I originally made the on line reservation at 3237 Boulevard Des Sources Dollard-des-ormeaux, QC H9B 1Z6 location, i didn't get his name unfortunately, he went out of way to accommodate me with a truck at the dorval location because they did not have a truck available.

  Rented a truck last minute and was out within 5 mins with the truck. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a pick up truck

  Great prices, competitive rental conditions, good selection of vehicles and plenty of good ol’ fashioned customer service. Not looking for an opportunity to rip off customers (like many others, sadly) for a quick buck. Plain and simple: i will be back.

  I reserved a truck... A twenty six foot truck... They called me up this morning to let me know that they did not have the truck.I reserved at the location closest to me... Rather, if I drive twenty five minutes away to another location, they would have a truck Waiting for me. Not the end of the world... No problem, i'm happy to do that. So I drive out to pick up the truck only to get there to find out that I need a special driver's permit to drive a twenty six foot truck... This is news to me as I have rented trucks before and never had an issue. Again not the end of the world... Do you have another truck that is smaller, But still has the liftgate that I need... Absolutely we do! Awesome so let me take that truck. Okay, do you have an NIR #? WHAT IS THAT? Well, you need to have that number in order for us to allow you to rent a vehicle from us!!! Are you joking with me? NO! So why am I allowed or permitted to reserve a vehicle that clearly has limits on who can reserve it?? In today's world, how is there not a checkpoint on the website itself to let me know, Ineed a certain driver's permit class??? ADDITIONALLY, WHY IS THERE NO INDICATION ON THE WEBSITE WHERE I RESERVED IT, THAT ASKS ME TO PRESENT AN N I.R NUMBER?? Absolutely useless... It is offensive. Something that is so easily handled PRIOR TO ANYONE TAKING THE TIME TO TRANSPORT THEMSELVES to a location that is out of the way!! This is beyond an oversight... This is just ignorance at its best. And after treating a potential client, this way... It is beyond offensive to hear..." have a nice day" as you're walking out... Just offensive and ignorant
