- HHHanJan 2, 20265.0Had a terrible experience at their competitor. Much better experience with Alamo. No unwanted surprises or bills. Only negative, We did have to wait about 45 minutes for our SUV since they couldn’t find the key. SUV was well maintained and clean. Overall a pleasant experience.

Even the guy who grabbed the car, so nice. Great staff, very helpful and will be using Alamo in the future :)
- AJAlex jcedaDec 27, 20255.0Deuxième location avec Alamo et à nouveau pas déçu. Récupération du véhicule assez rapide après s'est enregistré en ligne. Véhicule quasi neuf en excellent état. J'avais réservé une Ford 7 places il m'a été remit une Chevrolet 8 place (V8), l'un des derniers model. Aucun problème à signaler durant tout le séjour, après avoir fait presque 1500km en 9 jours. Retour tout aussi rapide, sans avoir eu besoin de nettoyer le véhicule à l'extérieur (nettoyage intérieur + plein faits). Le prix avec les assurances sont corrects pour le véhicules loué mais attention, tout n'est pas prélevé à l'avance, notamment le "renter charges" qui sont diverses taxes et frais locaux représentant 4.4% du prix total de la location, pour ma part. La caution m'a été rendue le jour même ce qui est très appréciable.
