We just moved to the West Island about eight months ago and we needed a big SUV since we have three babies. We had bad experience with Trudeau & Sources branch this past year. My husband and I had rented a PickUp at the beginning of our contract but there was a mechanical problem so the towing service sent us to the branch at the Trudeau Airport to swap the vehicle then sent us to Sources as well but they both refused to swap the vehicle for us due to age discrimination. I will be getting to my point This branch is an amazing branch to rent vehicles . All due respect to the people that are working there because I like to always be served by the manager itself due to bad experiences in the past. Charbel is just an amazing person. My husband and I are very grateful to be having our contracts at this branch, even if I would have to come from far matter of speaking where I use to live in Boucherville I would come to this branch ONLY. God bless him!
