  Great experience with the rental company! The process was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and professional, and the car was clean and ready on time. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend! I had left my credit card at home and so they drove me there to get it instead of making feel bad.

  I don’t know the name of the girl who works at the company, but she was the one who gave me the car and handled both the pickup and return. She was very professional, very polite, and great at communicating. She explained everything clearly and was super nice. I’m very satisfied with the way she handled the conversation.

  My experience was generally a positive one, however it could have been been quite different had I not checked the coolant level on the van the night before my trip. The level was practically non existent and well below the minimum, so I had to go out to purchase a bottle as I did not have the right type in my garage. To be fair, I was reimbursed the amount for the bottle when I returned the van, but this was definitely a miss. Other than that, I received a phone call and text while I was away asking me if the service was good and if I needed anything to reach out. Check in and out was smooth as well.
