The staff attempted to blame this on me, citing a lack of a phone number. This is ridiculous of course as they can easily contact Travelocity. They were not helpful and even refused to call another Enterprise location for us. I have rented from Enterprise many, many times and this was bar far the worst experience.

Additionally, the car I received ran out of windshield washer fluid within five days. In my own vehicle, washer fluid typically lasts months, so I was surprised it ran out so quickly. It would have been helpful if the car had more fluid available before the rental, especially considering how essential it is for safe driving conditions. Lastly, the windshield seemed to lack any hydrophobic treatment—something like Aquapel or Rain-X—which made visibility poor in rain or snow. I found the driving experience unsafe at times because water wouldn’t clear properly from the glass. Overall, these issues significantly affected my rental experience. I hope this feedback helps improve vehicle preparation, safety checks, and reservation accuracy at this location. I’ve always appreciated Enterprise’s service, and I trust that attention to these details will help maintain the level of reliability customers expect.
