  Always the best experience, Catherine and maylie and charof was amazing. Great team at this branch. They maintain the cars in perfect condition.

  I had a very disappointing rental experience. Even though I had a reservation and called ahead to make sure the car was ready, I waited a very long time at pickup, which was a huge waste of time. While I was on my way, I was told I would be getting a good, specific vehicle, but when I arrived I was told someone else had just taken it. The car I received instead was a Mazda without lane assist or adaptive cruise control, making the drive tiring and uncomfortable. To make things worse, the car clearly needed a wheel alignment, as the steering wheel kept pulling the entire time. When I extended the rental from one week to two weeks, I asked to upgrade to a better SUV, but was told no vehicles were available. On top of everything, the key fob battery was low and the car almost wouldn’t start, which nearly left me stranded. Overall, this was a frustrating experience that fell well below expectations. I would not recommend this location.

  No car available when we went to pick up our booked car had to come back 3 days later for it. And still no car. Unbelievably unprofessional and unhelpful service. Ruining our holiday. And I'm not wasting any more hours with a generic customer service line when I'm currently in the store and no one is even assisting us.
