  Visit ANY other Enterprise location, this one has awful customer service. The person behind the counter was lazy, rude, and incredibly unprofessional. The car made an awful noise and vibration for the entire trip and when I returned it I was told I needed to personally clean it to avoid an extra charge. It took me longer to drive home than it did to vacuum it out so they were clearly looking to get even more money out of a 10 day rental. Avoid it if you can.

  Because of a family emergence my husband and I (coming in from the USA) desperately needed a rental car for a week in Prince Edward Island. Worse, it was Labor Day so cars were scarce. Fortunately we found one at David’s Enterprise Rental car in Summerside. The car was a keyless- entry which we had never driven before and as senior citizens were very anxious about what this involved. David, the owner, was a very calming presence, patiently demonstrating all the nuances and making sure I felt comfortable using them. The car, a Nissan SUV was perfect! Another point of anxiety for us was we needed to return the car in Summerside then somehow get to the airport for our flight home. Once more, David to the rescue. He assure us he would call the taxi company and personally make sure we got a cab which worked out beautifully. Although it was obvious that we would not be in the area again, he still treated us like valued customers. My husband and I were very impressed and highly recommend this agency.
