- JJJhanOct 31, 20251.0My first time giving feedback to express my disappointment. First, when im scheduled to get the car from them, they called me in the morning to cancel my rental(inappropriate). Secondly, i called them for missing documents(all of my car documents at the back of the passenger seat). Im sure the documents are still in the rental car as I wasnt able to retrieve it when I returned the car but they denied having any. The same rental car is in NS now and it not on their possession anymore. Called them to reach the one handling the car now but they didnt respond to me in a week and when i tried to call them again today, they said they will try and it will take time. 1. Its disappointing why they dont search and check everything in the car after each car rental. 2. Disappointing when they call you the same day to cancel your rental as I took day off for that. 3 disappointing as they dont seem to be bothered with client’s concern as they dont update you. I will try to bring this up to the insurance company they are affiliated to and report same. Caused me a lot of inconvenience
