As soon as I approached the kiosk the lovely lady named Amanda, knew exactly who I was. The service was excellent. She was polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. My expectations were exceeded. The service was quick with no issues. Then I got a lovely email from Jean, extending a welcome and thank you.
