  I would not recommend scheduling an appointment at this location. I had an 11:00 AM appointment for a simple installation of four tires, yet my vehicle was not ready for pickup until approximately 5:25 PM. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially with a scheduled appointment. I called twice during the day for updates and was given inconsistent information each time. When I arrived, I was told that I had indicated an “end of day” completion was acceptable, which is incorrect—I specifically requested the service be completed as soon as possible. I also attempted to contact corporate customer service, but my calls were disconnected twice. When I was finally able to speak with someone, I was informed that nothing could be done. Additionally, the manager listed on my receipt differed from the manager name provided by corporate, which added to the confusion. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The purpose of scheduling an appointment should be to ensure timely service, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met.

  Very honest people. The only shop i can trust. They are for the customers more than they are the money and will do anything to try and make a customer happy

  The techs were very nice and got me in and out quickly. Communication was great. I do think $67 in labor to replace a bulb that took 5 minutes was a little much but overall happy with the service.

  The other day, I came here to get a tire patched—or possibly replaced—but they told me they couldn't do the work that day and scheduled an appointment for me at 4:00 PM the following day. However, when I returned the next day, they came up with a host of excuses to push my appointment back yet again. That was my actual experience; it was truly unprofessional and demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility regarding appointment scheduling.

  I like Munro Auto Service on East Market street. I've made it my go-to shop for anything to do with my Volvo XC90. Mike, the Manager, and the technician there, are most reliable, honest, and courteous. Their prices are well worth it. I'm new to PA, and I'm glad I found them. Thank you.
