  Kevin is my savior! Our family got a flat On the way to Dutch wonderland. I was towed to Mr tire and then they refused to put a tire on for being too busy! Thankfully another patron helped us call Monro and Kevin agreed to put the tire on despite making very little for the service! Thank you and appreciate all the hard working folks there.

  Had to get inspection usually visit their store on Rt 30 in York PA but their emissions machine was down so I called the Queen st location and they scheduled me. I brought car in and dealt with Michael he was so personable and helpful. Im giving 5 stars because he mentioned a small oil leak that the other store neglected to mention when I had just had it there the previous week for an oil change. He went over small things that need fixing, but never felt pressured to have to fix them all at once or immediately. Ive dealt with both locations and they are both good people but Queen streets got better customer service and i will definitely be back! Thanks to Michael!

  We LOVE OUR MONRO!! My entire family, my son and his family and my husband and I are treated like we are their best customers! We all get Gold-star treatment! They know our names, our vehicles and we are more than acquaintances! Inthink that everyone atbthe Monro at Quees Street in York should be commended and be given raises! We recommend Kevin and his team to everyone!
