  I’m giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly but this was probably one of the worst car washes I’ve ever received. I paid $45 plus tip and left pretty disappointed with my interior clean. The photos is what it looked like after the cleaning 🙁

  This was probably 1 of the worse experiences I have had at Mister Carwash in York. 1. The front staff never smiled, never offered me a receipt. Didn’t explain prices to me. When I 1st pulled up I had to wait until the girls were done their conversation before they approached me. 2. No prices were visible when I approached nor was I offered a price list. 3. Only 1 person smiled at me. 4. I had to ask to have the bugs removed from the front of my car. (Which I have had to do in the past.) the only positive experience was the gentlemen who smiled and politely offered to remove the bugs for me. 5. My cat was not cleaned on the inside. There was smudges on my windshield which were not touched. The door jams were not cleaned at all. The side windows at the top were not wiped off. The cup holders were not wiped out. I will not pay almost $32 to have my car cleaned at this location again!!!

  Go through this car wash frequently without issue, and today after a long wait, when I went through manager Jay decided that he had to turn off the top brush because there are factory installed spotlights on my vehicle. Been through here literally hundreds of times within the last year, with vehicles with spotlights, and today only the sides of my car got washed, but not the hood or the roof or the back! Supposedly they could get damaged. If there was another option for automatic car washes in East York I suspect that they'd quickly go out of business!!

  I was in a rush to get my car interior cleaned, and these guys were awesome. CJ, Jalil, and Joey took great care of my car. Great work and quick!

  Prior to trying out Mister Car wash in York, I was a tad apprehensive seeing the terrible reviews but thought I’d give it a shot anyways. I was very pleased with the exterior once done, however my main concern was by far the interior (paid for interior base clean) . As soon as I got in the car it was clear that bare minimum was done. The doors were still just as dirty as before, the mats still disgusting, floors still crumby, and dirt still in the crevice between shift stick. I didn’t expect perfection considering how busy it was upon arrival and how fast it took them but the work done in the interior of my car was unacceptable for $34. I am not one to write reviews, as I’ve never had an experience quite this bad where I feel I have been robbed of my money. I will never return to Mister Car Wash and will make sure to tell friends to stay clear of this place.
