  Jay took great care of me at this tire shop. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and honest about what I needed. He explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, and my car feels so much better now.   I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire! I came in with a nail stuck in my tire and was worried I might need a full replacement, but the team quickly inspected it and reassured me they could repair it. They were professional, efficient, and had me back on the road in no time.   We've been here before and this time was a great experience as usual. Easy to make an appointment online ahead of time. Staff were attentive, one guy held the door for my wife and I when dropping off tire. Came back and actually it didn't have a leak (tractor tire) and Murph took the time to explain that me trying to re-inflate a few times before I brought it in likely resealed along the rim. He didn't make me feel foolish for bringing in a good tire, +1000

  I had a scheduled appointment with Mavis Discount Tire for a state inspection and oil change on a Tuesday at 4:00 PM. On the day of my appointment, I received multiple calls while at work asking to reschedule due to staffing issues. This was already concerning, as the appointment had been confirmed in advance. I was ultimately rescheduled to Thursday—an inconvenient and busy day for me—but agreed because the services were necessary. When I arrived at 4:00 PM, my vehicle was not taken back for service until approximately 5:00 PM, and I did not leave until 6:45 PM. This level of delay, especially after being rescheduled due to their own staffing issues, reflects a clear lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. I was informed that my vehicle passed inspection except for the windshield wipers and was offered what was described as a “great deal” of $45 for replacement. Wanting to complete the visit, I agreed. Within a few days, my vehicle developed a significant oil leak—an issue that was not present prior to my appointment. I returned to the location to have it addressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s behavior was unprofessional. The front desk associate spoke over me, displayed a dismissive attitude, and addressed me in a condescending tone, even asking if I wanted “good news or bad news” in a manner that was inappropriate for a customer service setting. I was then told the issue was not caused by their service, despite the timing clearly suggesting otherwise. I also find it worth noting that I initially left a positive review only because I was repeatedly encouraged to do so by staff, despite my concerns at the time. Based on the full experience, that review did not accurately reflect the level of service I received. Due to the combination of poor communication, excessive delays, questionable service quality, and unprofessional customer interaction, I will not be returning. I cannot recommend this location and strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

She was incredibly professional, and made sure I was back on the road much faster than expected. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care in customer service these days.
