- RBRygirl BMar 31, 20261.0Penn dot wants me to send Intoxalock this paper work so I can get ready for removal same as when I installed it is impossible! I have to make phone call after phone call to get them to send the proper paper work to Penn dot! They had me email the paper work in says wait three days for email, no email I call again say they didn’t receive anything wants me to send it again I call again didn’t receive anything! Wants me to send it again to the same email they have not received it at! At this point frustration is not the word! I just want this thing removed on the date it is supposed to be removed at not a month later messing with these ppl! They are very difficult to deal with! Never again! Will make sure to go to another company! And my bank account gets charged there bi-weekly payments plus extra payments for 6.99 an 3.18 that I have no idea what it’s for when I’m already paying their full bi-weekly payments!
