While the staff members I interacted with were all very nice, the overall experience was extremely difficult and frustrating due to significant process and execution issues: - Communication: Contacting the store directly was challenging, as I had to go through a corporate number to be connected. - OEM Part Denial: Initially, I was denied an OEM windshield. Despite my insurance provider indicating that all windshield claims were handled by Safelite, your team was unable to explain the reason for the denial. - Rescheduling Issues: I had multiple rescheduled appointments. I was eventually approved for an OEM part but a third-party windshield was sent instead causing me to reschedule. On another occasion, after dropping my car off and driving 20-minute home, I received a call informing me that the OEM glass had arrived damaged, requiring me to return and reschedule. In the manager's defense, they ordered two replacement OEM windshields for the subsequent appointment to prevent another delay. - Post-Installation Issues: A day or two after the OEM windshield was finally installed, I discovered the windshield washer function was non-operational. Upon inspection, it appeared the hose had not been reattached, and several retainer clips were either missing or broken. Windshield fluid was sprayed all over my engine compartment causing me to take the car to a car wash to clean the engine compartment (Please see the attached pictures for details.) The entire process was inefficient and required excessive effort on my part. In other words, the experience was HORRIBLE!!!

My insurance company said they use SafeLite a lot, so I called them. A very minor mixup during the scheduling call, but that was rectified. The Tech came out when scheduled. Edward was polite, professional and very informative. He finished everything in under an hour. Great job!!!
