I could’ve just fixed the knicks myself for $10. Now I have to pay $500 to get my windshield replaced again. The front desk gentleman told me he would take care of it and that he was putting on the ticket that it was a technicians fault and it would be covered. And he told me he would contact me an hour later I’m still waiting for him to call me back 3 days later. Do not take your car here to get the glass fixed!

They were closing in 30 minutes and I hadn’t heard anything yet so I decided to head to the location. When I got there, our vehicle had not been serviced yet because a cyber truck had them delayed by about five hours. Every employee was working on it to get it done as quickly as possible. Rather than push us to the next day or complain, they decided to stay late 30 minutes to finish our car. Due to the inconvenience for us, they also credited the new windshield wipers for us. I did not ask for this as I am very understanding, but when they took initiative to do this, I could not have been any more happy with a customer service they provided. We will definitely use them again in the future if we need anything serviced!
