Spoke to a very pushy guy named Will, who tried to sell me budget tires for double what you can buy them elsewhere. I regrettably made an appointment before doing my own research (they also make you put down a $25 deposit). Only giving two stars because they were very helpful and quick to give me my deposit back when I called back 15 minutes later to cancel my appointment. Avoid this place, there are plenty of other options where they don't try to take advantage of you. Edit: I am changing this to 1 star based on the clearly fake reviews that they are paying for, confirmed by another reviewer.

- BWBrandy WineOct 19, 20251.0Editing this for transparency to other customers. About 4 weeks ago I was there for a leak in 1 tire. While they were quick in "fixing" this leak in front tire, I didn't notice until couple weeks after that they scammed me. They showed me where the leak was and that they will try fixing it. They "successfully" plugged it and asked me to monitor it. About a week pass by and while the "fixed" tire was okay, same issue now starts in the rear tire. I was puzzled and was just blaming my luck that I would get two leaks in such short time. Well, I took it to another shop this time and they found the nail in exact same location where the first leak was noticed in the front tire when I visited NTB. Immediately I realized instead of fixing the leak in front tire they just swapped the tire from the rear! Same slow air leak issue and in same location! I am going to file complaint to PA Bureau of Consumer protection for this shady practice from NTB (Mavis) employees. Oh and btw they bribe you to write a good review in lieu of $10 off coupon!
