  I recently had my vehicle serviced at this location on the fourth of this month… I had a tire that just would not stay inflated… So I figured it was finally time for me to get it repaired… I did not look at the closing time prior to me arriving at this location so when I walked in and asked for assistance, I was advised that they Were about to close, however… Chase (extremely polite and personable) TOTALLY looked out for me !! I explained to him my situation & he immediately Went to see if his tech (G) was available still .. he was! (Thank you, G!) I was so appreciative because they could’ve easily denied my service since I was SO close to their closing time & Rs that would’ve been so fair .. The service itself didn’t take long at all! I had such a great experience that I scheduled an oil change as well for the following day! lol I’ve had a tire service done there prior and I wanted to Honorably mention George as well .. He probably does not remember me or our interactions as I’m sure they see many customers daily lol but he’s a fellow GEMINI & an extremely nice man! Huge teddybear vibes lol Honestly There’s no need to get your services done on your vehicle anywhere else .. My pricing there is ALWAYS fair .. They’re very forward with pricing & I was still able to get some percents off! Thanks chase !!!!!! You really shouldn’t be going anywhere else but to THIS location specifically lol I hope you liked the pretzels I brought dudes!

  Absolutely happy with the customer service at ntb. I'm used to places trying to hustle me to get me to spend more on my vehicle and chase was upfront and honest about what he recommended for my car to run properly. I will definitely be going back for any work that needs done! Thank you so much!

  I showed up to NTB this past Saturday in an absolute panic. My rental car’s tire was losing air. The rental agency told me to go to NTB to get it fixed. Chase greeted me at the front desk and was able to expedite the authorization of a new tire. The entire process was flawless and I very much appreciate the great team that got me in and out of there. Thank you very much, Chase, Steve, and Romeo!

  We brought our vehicle in due to having a slow leak in the tire. They took it back and plugged the hole free of charge! Romeo was extremely kind and timely with addressing the issue. Chase was welcoming despite having other customers. We will certainly be returning customers!

  This morning I had a great experience at the East York, PA NTB tire location. Romeo the store manager was excellent by explaining current issues with my car and needed repairs. The service technician Harry was equally generous in explaining the wear on my tires and the need for brake replacement. 5 stars!
