Five days later, the car started swaying dangerously on the highway during a snowstorm. I almost crashed due to their negligence. When I returned on Dec. 17th, another tech told me the car 'couldn't be aligned.' They took my money for a job they didn't do and sent me out in an unsafe vehicle. No apology, no refund, zero professionalism. They put my life at risk."

All persons I dealt with at this facility were polite and knowledgeable.

He’s always down to earth and we get along very well have been for years. The last time I was at this facility there was a younger guy there and it just wasn’t the same just wasn’t that Customer friendliness. I appreciate you having people such as him (The gentleman who serviced me on December 1) I appreciate that the facility was clean and the service was quick.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm and saw them bringing my car in at 2:15pm, after I’d been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. I was out the door by 2:45, but was pretty frustrated since my appointment was for 1:00 and I knew that it took so long not because they encountered an issue with my vehicle, but because they didn’t get to my car for over an hour after my appointment. It left me wondering, why bother with appointments in the first place?
