    Got one tire, unfortunately it couldn’t be plugged. Got the tire shipped and done by next day and the guys were super helpful & friendly. Would consider going again for a small job.

    I needed to have my annual reinspection and emissions completed. They got me in on the same day. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. I was told to drive around some more and come back to do the inspections. I paid a service fee and that was it.

    Kevin and Michael at the S. Queen St. location in York, PA were awesome! My tire blew out after I hit a curb. I called just before closing on Dec. 23, and Kevin answered all my questions, qualified my needs, and confirmed he would immediately order the new tire and have it on December 24. I went to the service center on the 24th, and Michael jumped into action and replaced my tire in 15 minutes!

    Long overdue to give Kevin and the guys at Monro a five-star rating. I’ve been bringing my cars here for a few years and the work and price is always exceptional. Kevin and his team are really wonderful and knowledgeable and are assets to the York community — they’re out to fix and maintain your car at a reasonable price and not nickel and dime or oversell/upcharge. Can’t recommend enough.

    The service place gets five stars. The call center they use does not get as many stars. They actually got us an appointment in a timely fashion, but it was very difficult to understand the agent. He had to spell his words in order for me to understand him.
