  Spent $50 and there's still spots on my console/dash and dirt marks under my door handles. Not to mention how one of their products leaves a film on my windows. I won't be back. Place is cute inside though.

  Bait and switch email offer. My wife and I received email offers for 1/2 off Titanium washes. Having never used Mister before we thought we'd give it a try. The email specifies the offer was valid through 3/1/2026. Went to the Mister Car Wash on East Market Street. Get to the pay station and the employee, who was very nice, said we can't accept that offer anymore. I questioned her since the offer is valid (see attached photos) but she still refused. Not willing to pay for an expensive car wash since I was just basically tricked into coming, I bought the least expensive wash they offered. Sorry, not sorry Mister - not coming back.

  The girl who checked me in was cool. I went there cause I wanted all around clean cause I lyft drive on the side. The outside looked nice. They totally skipped wiping down the front grill area. And when I looked in side. They didnt wipe the center console or my Matt's. I got the platinum package and left $5 tip as they ask when you pay up front. She said she will make them do it over if I wasnt happy. For $49 I shouldn't have had to wipe down the front and when I saw the inside. NOPE. I went back and saw her. She pulled me in and they wiped down the inside and cleaned the matts. Won't be back there.

  This place left large and small scratches on the back corner of my vehicle, 2 of them are more than an inch long, on top of my car wash still dirty when it came out of the wash. I'm LIVID and will NEVER return to this place!! I've been to cheaper car washes that did a better job and gave you stuff to wipe down your car with, clean out the inside of your car with AND THEY DIDN'T SCREW UP MY CAR!! So if you want to pay high prices to have your car damaged and left half clean this is the place for you! If not, I'd try some place else. Update: After contacting Mister Car Wash to give them a chance to rectify the situation, in true horrible business tradition, they opted to lie and try to claim that the scratches were already there. #1 the scratches are ALL in direct alignment with where the spinning brushes came across my car. #2 that area of my car was so dirty from the roads after the snow storm that they couldn't have seen the scratches if they were there. There was one scratch already on my car, I knew it was there and did NOT report it as part of the damages, when I stated to the deceitful manager he was suddenly at a momentary loss of words! Why? Because he KNEW he was lying and that was the only scratch he could see. I already knew he was going to lie when I asked if the company usually does the right thing and fixes the damages they cause and he didn't answer the question, he gave me a roundabout sales answer. Bottom line, just stay away from the horrible place and it's greedy, worthless people.

  This is the worse car wash on Market Street York. I clearly tell the lady it’s my first time using your services she gives me the price details and didn’t mention that I have to pay separate for mat to be clean they changed me $40 and then told me that I supposed to ask them to do it. I don’t suggest no one using their services.
