    The guys at the dover pa location went above and beyond.. I was a walk in.I ended up having a nail in my tire, fixed within 20 minutes with my car waiting at the door!!

    CORPORATE WILL NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS!!! ITS A JOKE!!! ALL I WANT IS FOR THIS COMPANY TO OWN UP AN PAY FOR A NEW RIM!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬If I could put negative numbers I would! 🤬 They were supposed to balance an rotate my tires, well guess what they BROKE THE LUG NUT IN HALF now I have a half a lug nut STUCK on my wheel an no one wants to help me fix it!! They are all a damn joke! An will be sued for my new rim that I have to replace thanks to them! All they said was sorry that happened an didn't charge me for the balance. Unprofessional an will be calling corporate! Highly angry! THEY DESTROYED MY BRAND NEW RIM!!!!!

    Came in for a screw in my all but brand new tire. Originally wanted it patched but Jay explained that due to the location it was either a plug or a new tire. We decided to have Ken plug it and we are good to go. Great explanation and service!

    Amazing experience getting my tire fixed. Had a screw in my tire, was able to schedule online for next day after work. Arrived, quickly checked in, and tire fixed in about 20 minutes. Will absolutely be going back for all our tire needs.
