Jay assured me it wasn’t a problem. He was very polite and helpful. Tom was the man who fixed my tire and placed a plug in it to keep it from losing air. They completed all the work in less than 45 min. They didn’t charge me anything.

After service nobody test drove my car, about 5 to 10 minutes before closing I pull off to hear loud thumping noise like my tire was going to fall off. I call back and have to turn back around. The mechanic says it sounds like my sway bar which there was nothing wrong with it upon arrival. A few minutes goes by and he says I forgot to tighten the lug bolts. Like what? Since I've had recieved nothing but off putting energy from the management and establishment. I won't be returning....

Jay showed me a screw that was in the tire and they plugged it up for me. They fit me in the schedule, fixed it and got me on my way! I'm glad I got my tires here, they take good care of me.
