Customer service never has the right answers, they charged me $50.00 for an appointment I showed up too when they didn’t have the device ready to install. They also charged me to uninstall and reinstall the device after I was in a car accident that I was not at fault. I wouldn’t recommend intoxalock to my worst enemy. Ozone tint is great though, Christian did what he could to help me, thank you.
