- JPJeff PiccoloOct 5, 20251.0Customer service is awesome. But when they switched from 5 star to fleet pride, its gone downhill. I had no issues before the switch, like ever. I've had 2 or 3 trucks for 9 straight years. Now there are weekly issues. Multiple times, they "fix" the issue. Then 2 days later the same issue arises. 1 of my trucks is currently stuck. No help. Just sitting there, with a client waiting. Really horrible

The price was fair, but the customer service was top notch. I dealt with Elliot (spelling?). He went above and beyond with his customer service when I was in a pinch. Really appreciated his positive attitude. Just a good dude in general. Will definitely use again. This is a great location and Elliot is the man!
