- DLDavid Longfield-SmithFeb 20, 20265.0We rented the car from Maggie at the Whiteford Rd., York, location. Maggie was very helpful, and the Hyundai Elantra was a pleasure to drive. Unfortunately, we did not get to drive it very far. As we were nearing Raleigh, NC, the check engine light came on. We called the nearest Enterprise location, and "Q" held a car for us to swap into. Q was a pleasure to work with, and her team did a great job getting us back on the road quickly. While it was a slightly smaller car, a Nissan Versa, it was also a pleasure to drive. When we returned from Florida we took the Nissan back to Enterprise in York, and Maggie again helped us. Maggie is very kind, patient, and thoughtful. She gave us considerable help communicating with the extended warranty company and the auto repair shop. Maggie was magnificent! We've always received great service from the people we've worked with at Enterprise, and Maggie is the best!
