Upon arriving at the facility, which was very busy, I was met by Deonte Bolyer who was very friendly, quick and efficient. He walked me through all the paperwork and the walk around and, once this process had begun, I was out in less than 15 minutes. The initial check-in wait took a little longer because of how busy they were but it wasn’t terrible. Upon returning the vehicle I again got to work with Deonte and everything went very smooth and efficiently. Honestly, I wish all Enterprise locations had a Deonte Bolyer working at them. Great experience.
